BAAA0010 (17 June)

Firmware changes:

1) resolve the issue of SOC not adjusting when charging from PV

2) Static OCV optimization, improved self calibration

 

BAAA0009 (15 mar 2024)
firmware changes:
1. BMU Hibernate wait time extended from 10 to 30 mins
2. Optimise logic for RTC clock fail error
3. Optimise cell balance logic (Passive equalise).
4. Improve self calibration logic, for lower temperatures and currents. Now 10C and 6A charge required
5. Improve SOC calculation, to improve SOC tracking and capacity issues.
6. Allow Wake & Active from Grid, if hibernated due to low voltage.

1.CCS battery module compatability
2.Change the SOC estimation logic (Correct SOC issues)
3.Solve AIO can't force discharge
4.Solve AIO can't switch off (Cell balancing function)
5.Change the duty cycle of balance to 50% (Cell balancing function)

 

2,4 & 5 all assist with SOC reading and capacity

  1. Add CAN packets to PCS
  2. Improve SoC tracking to reduce liklehood of SoC error
  3. Release the 0 limit of current collection above 0.2A
  4. Change the charge and discharge overtemperature or undertemperature threshold
